OVERWHELMED ADS
2015
Another project I worked on for my student marketing position. The Commons was offering online 1-on-1 tutorials for a variety of Microsoft programs and needed to raise awareness, so I created some eye catching ads to post online and put up around campus. I used a word cloud generator to create the image, copying and pasting text from various tutorials and repeating the words that I wanted to be the most visible.

DMC BROCHURE
2015
I worked in a temporary student marketing position while attending Memorial University of Newfoundland, and one of my tasks was to create a new brochure for the universities library. I used illustrator to create the logos for the Computing Support Desk, Assistive Technology, and Adobe logos. The other logos and images were already available. I created the cover photo in photoshop; it’s reflective of the sign that hangs in the library entrance. I typed everything up and put the images together in Microsoft Publisher.

DESIGN
It's hard to label a piece 'design', since design is an important element of any artwork. In this case, I've chosen to primarily show off digital work that used very little, if at all, 'drawing' or 'brushwork'. There were initial sketches, of course, but the final piece was completed entirely with a mouse or with image manipulation.
CHRISTINA
2014
Myself, Adam, and Christina are a trio of close friends. Their birthdays are only days apart, so I painted Adam for Christina, and Christina for Adam. That way, they’d each have a picture of one trio member created by the other, and in a way all three of us could be together even when apart.
I've placed this here instead of in 'paintings' as no brushwork was done. Only photo manipulation and the pen tool
